Wellwoman Plus is designed to meet the extra nutritional demands many women face, especially those juggling work, family, physical activity or in life phases with higher needs (e.g. menstrual cycle, hormonal changes). It combines a multivitamin/mineral tablet (covering ~24-27 nutrients) together with an Omega-3-6-9 capsule. The Omega capsule includes fish oil, evening primrose oil, starflower oil, and olive oil (EP grade), to supply DHA/EPA (from fish oil) and other essential fatty acids, which are beneficial for heart, brain, vision, skin health etc.

The formula includes nutrients to help energy release (B-vitamins, iron), immune function (vitamin D, zinc, B12 etc.), hormonal balance, skin, hair & nails (biotin, zinc, vitamins A/C etc.), and also antioxidant protection. It is designed to be taken daily with a main meal, following which two separate units (tablet + capsule) are consumed.
